Victor Romero began his insurance career in 1990. He worked for a construction company that specialized in insurance claims. Shortly after he became a public adjuster. He has 30 years of experience helping thousands of families with their claims. The Camp fire has been his 7th disaster where he has represented hundreds of families after a wild fire.

Glenis Romero began her career in insurance in 1988 representing a construction company that did insurance work. In 1991 she became a licensed public insurance adjuster. She has helped thousands of families with their claims for the past 34 years.

Josh Sentel is passionate about helping the fire victims of California recover what they are owed from their insurance claim. He has experience working for top name insurance companies and has worked claims all over the US, bringing settlement and resolutions to hundreds of clients. He is an expert in estimation, contents inventory documentation, and insurance policy interpretation and application. Josh specializes in total loss fire damage claims. He has put this expertise and knowledge to work maximizing claim settlements for CDA clients.

Insurance AdjusterCorey Hargreaves began his public insurance career in 2008 and has helped many families through navigating the process of collecting on their insurance claim properly. He is a senior estimator and has written hundreds of estimates as a negotiator for the policyholders.
Jacob Reinthaler
Apprentice Public AdjusterI have a very diverse business and client service background. I fell in love with the insurance / adjusting industry my first day and haven’t looked back… Helping my clients is my number one priority! Currently obtaining my MBA from CSUC while also working to obtain as many applicable licenses as possible. When not at the desk you can usually find me watching sports or traveling!
Laura Nunn
Inventory SpecialistLaura has 20 plus years of experience helping people in many fields. Laura has an enate ability to make clients feel relaxed and safe throughout the inventory process. Going over inventories with clients is one of the most difficult parts of the process and Laura has excelled at making it feel less daunting. Laura has been able to connect with clients on a personal level to make them feel like family. Laura genuinely looks forward to helping others get through their hard times.

Licensed Public AdjusterDavid Schauer is licensed by the California Department of Insurance as a Public Insurance Adjuster. When he isn't biking or hanging out with his grandchildren, he loves being an advocate for disaster survivors. David is excited to be part of the CDA team and now he's ready to help you get your life back to normal

David E. Jukkola
California Public AdjusterDave came to Ca Disaster Advocates after working 15 years as an independent claims adjuster for numerous carriers. Dave is well versed in residential and commercial policy and has handled claims into the thousands working with all types of perils dealing with both partial and total loss claims. Dave spent years as a catastrophe adjuster dealing in hurricanes, flood claims, ice storms, hail events, and fire claims among others. With valuable experience in the construction industry and a commitment to helping clients, Dave joined the public adjusting side after personally witnessing how many of his friends and their families were being treated by some of the carriers after they had experienced total losses from the Camp Fire and with other fires in Northern California.

Public AdjusterColleen Frey is a licensed Public Adjuster in the State of California working for California Disaster Advocates. Her passion is helping to empower others. She knows first-hand the overwhelm that comes from dealing with insurance companies after a traumatic loss. For years she has helped to provide her clients with a better understanding of the claims process and helped to empower them through this difficult time in their lives. She gains tremendous personal satisfaction in this process of helping people to move forward in their lives…. giving them the tools and guidance to pick up the pieces and start over.

She has owned and operated two small local businesses and has always taken pride in delivering results and great customer service. Advocating for people has been a personal and professional goal of hers. She has looked forward to having the privilege of advocating and growing the number of the 300 plus families we are currently representing from Paradise. She joined our team 3 years ago and has had the privilege to daily interact with families from the Camp fire. Gabriel Martinez
Product OfficerGabriel Martinez grew up in the Town of Paradise. The home he lived in was destroyed in the Camp Fire, as well as the home he grew up in. He has in-depth knowledge and experience of the confusion, displacement & adversity a fire survivor faces after a total loss. He became a part of our team soon after bringing his parents to CDA for guidance.
